The game plan: Step-By-Step
Using The Fitness Pyramid method, I help you achieve your goals by providing you with customized workouts, mindset coaching, nutritional guidance, and accountability coaching. Here is how it works.
#1: We identify your "Why"
I start by learning about your goals and what your primary reason for starting is... aka your "why." Once I know what your "why" is, we revisit it throughout your training to overcome potential obstacles that may have led to setbacks or overuse injuries in the past. In other words, your "why" is what's going to keep you moving forward.
#2: We address your Muscle tightness & joint pain
This 30 minute movement screen is composed of 16 low-intensity range of motion/flexibility assessments that allow us to see the 3 most common culprits of sore joints/painful movement. Once the screen is over, I will create a custom corrective exercise plan to help you perform the activities you love pain-free.
#3: We identify your metabolic type
Through this in-depth nutrition questionnaire I will identify what kind of foods your body does and doesn't metabolize efficiently so you can eat more of what fuels you up, less of what makes you feel sluggish/inflamed, and so you can enjoy food that fuels your body.
#4 we create a fitness plan that works for you
I'll have your back every step of the way. With regular accountability messages, a corrective exercise plan, individualized nutritional guidance, and mindset coaching... this is as close to guaranteed results as you can get. All you need to do is follow the plan. The rest is on me.
See What clients Are Saying
I used to be just like you. Tired of experiencing setbacks every 6 months of training, constant aches in my joints, and desperately seeking pain relief/ways to become more durable.
My injury list is long. Between the ages of 12 and 22, I had an injury that set me back a minimum of 6 weeks every single year, yet I was doing everything my coaches were telling me to do. I increased my flexibility, I got stronger, I ate clean (or at least I thought I did based on what worked for other people's bodies) and I worked hard.
Fast forward to the age of 22 after having my 3rd surgery (one on my ankle, one on my knee, and finally my shoulder) something had to change. My knees ached going up and down stairs, my hips hurt, I had a strange twinge in my ribs and I had come to the realization that despite having the body I always wanted from the standpoint of aesthetics... my body was still far from where I wanted it to be from the standpoint of durability.
This is where my trajectory as a fitness coach pivoted, where I dove into the world of corrective exercise, and where I began changing the way I approached health/fitness as a whole.
5 years later, I have helped myself, and people like you alleviate shoulder pain, recover from surgeries, fix achy hips, and prevent future injuries by teaching methods to not just become strong and flexible... but to become durable as well.
If pain-free movement is what you seek, I am happy to help you through the same struggles I endured so you can spend more time living the active lifestyle you love.
Rooting for your success, my friend.
