It’s official...tonight I made the perfect pork tenderloin thanks to a mentor of mine. It was tender, juicy, had a nice crust, and I literally could have cut it with a plastic butter knife. Exaggerating? Not even a little. As a matter of fact… it was so good… I’m going to share with you just how I did it so you can experience a meal that is equal parts healthy and divine. Thank you to my anonymous mentor for the tip!I appreciate you! Cheers!
What You’ll Need:
1 pork tenderloin, 1.5-2 lbs.
Salt (Himalayan Pink Salt or Celtic Sea Salt)
